Returns

If you choose to return your tree, it must be in excellent condition and sent back within 7 days of delivery. Please use the original wrap and packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is not available, the tree must be securely wrapped, fully padded to prevent movement, clearly marked “This Side Up”, and labeled “Fragile” to ensure safe transport.

We do encourage you to stick with your little tree if you are feeling unsure. If you are unsure about your tree’s condition, we encourage you to keep it and give it time. Leaf color or appearance may change, but with proper care many trees recover. Please review our Self‑Help and FAQ resources, and feel free to contact us with any questions.
