Shipping policy

We ship our items using a variety of shipping carriers including UPS, USPS and Fed EX from New York, USA.

We offer ground shipping rates based on price and weight of our trees. You will note the shipping charge in the shopping cart. Shipping is usually fixed for each tree independent of location.

Please try and get your order in by 1:00 PM Monday to Friday to have your order shipped same day. The deliver may take 3 days on average to arrive but may take less time or longer duration based on location.

Cold weather in Northeast.
Because our nursery is located in the Northeast, winter temperatures can affect the safe transport of live trees. During periods of extreme cold, shipments may be delayed ensuring the tree survives the journey. Orders will ship as soon as conditions warm up, which may add one to two weeks during cold spells. We will put a notice on the set when there is a delay.
